Women are unique in so many ways and that is why it is necessary to know so many techniques to help alleviate discomfort, pain, and even embarassment. This specialty is my passion as I have been through many of the same diagnoses I am seeing my patients for, and can empathize with their struggles.

Incontinence: Whether leakage of urine, feces, or both I take a holistic approach to treatment as the way you move, if you have pain, etc can effect the function of the pelvic floor muscle. A complete evaluation will give me the information to help you gain control.

Pelvic Pain: Whether from recent abdominal surgery, endometriosis, cesarean section, or even constipation, there are exercises and methods, including Visceral Manipulation, which can make a profound difference.

Lymphedema: Thankfully, this is not as prevalent as it was when I was first certified in 2001, but issues can still show up 20 years following lymph node removal. Specialized massage, exercises, taping, bandaging (in extreme cases), and garments to wear during the day and night will all be part of your care.

Osteoporosis: Posture correction exercises, weight lifting techniques, and Whole Body Vibration Plate training are all essential parts of your rehab for this REVERSIBLE condition!

Prenatal & Post-Partum: Correct Body Mechanics to reduce or prevent injury are paramount, manual therapy techniques and methods to reduce pain such as sciatica, and after baby care including address diastasis recti.
